lineage, not of this world, super shiny head which can be used as secret weapon
for blinding adversaries during intense real estate transactions, 25-year
Triangle resident, high school basketball referee (a.k.a. "Mr. Clean"). Both
agents highly skilled in building relationships that last beyond the sale
or purchase of primary residence. Beware beguiling charm and strong sense
of humor.
The Mission Possible Team of
York Simpson Underwood Realty, comprised of Dani
and Tim Devinney, is a professionally trained special agent unit dedicated
to navigating the confusing and sometimes choppy waters of residential real
estate. Dani, a California native and resident of the Triangle for 10 years, brings a unique perspective to the business of buying and selling
a home. She really cares more about the relationship that develops between
her and her clients than she does about making a sale. Tim, a Raleighite
since 1980, cares more about when he can get his convertible back than he
does about whether you buy a home. Let's keep our priorities straight, people.
Of course Tim is obviously a little wacko but Dani keeps him on a short leash,
so don't be afraid.
Why should you choose to work with Dani and Tim? Good question. Remember all
those horror stories you've heard about real estate agents? No, they are not
all about Tim. In fact, Dani and Tim have made it their goal to never have
a horror story written in their honor. They will never speak to you like you
have three heads, unless of course you do, in which case they will not discriminate
nor demean you, but simply try to find you a home with very large mirrors.
