The Mission Possible Team far exceeded my expectations! I was a single-parent living in Cary and commuting to Chapel Hill daily. The team juggled their schedules to get to my house quickly and provided tangible-very doable suggestions for marketing and selling my house. As with any house, mine required some repairs-- they counselled me through that process to identify the most important ones. Then, they helped me get the right people to execute the repairs. In fact, they saved me several hundred dollars on one repair alone. What was most meaningful to me was their willingness to meet the home improvement folks and the cleaning personnel and coordinate getting them paid. Time is my most important commodity and every step of the way, Tim and Dani coordinated the preparation for sale as well as the sale of my house to save my time. And, the best news of all, I had a signed contract within 7 days of putting my house on the market!
