- Every sale is different and many factors impact the sale of your home.
Again the Mission Possible Team will be able to look at your neighborhood
and give you an estimate of market time assuming the home is correctly
priced. This estimate is based on the absorption rate for your neighborhood
or area. The absorption rate is a derivative of the amount of inventory
on the market and the historical market time for homes in that area. While
this is not an exact science it can give you some idea of market time
for an appropriately priced home.
