West Cary is a hot market! August of 2013 shows sales of detached homes numbering 91 with an average sales price of $352,000 and average days on the market of 36. August 2014 shows sales of detached homes numbering 64 with an average sales price of $374,000 and average days on the market of just 22 days. If you are ready to sell, you can be guaranteed of having ready willing and able buyers parking in the street and checking out your house from their cars, calling their Realtor for an appointment. If you are buying, it pays to stay on your toes and ask your agent to set up an automatic search whereby you get notified instantly when new properties come on the market and then JUMP! Some new construction of detached homes in West Cary can be found in several neighborhoods.
